1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):
    We offer multiple shipping options for domestic orders, including standard and expedited shipping. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping:
    BYTOPIS offers international shipping to select countries. International orders generally take 7-14 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to third-party carrier delays or customs processing.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery destination of the order. You will be able to view your shipping options and associated costs before completing your order.

  • Free Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a certain amount within the United States. The minimum order value for free shipping will be shown at checkout.

  • International Shipping Rates: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated based on the shipping destination, weight of the items, and the shipping method selected.


3. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order details. Please review this email carefully and contact us if you notice any discrepancies.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • International Shipping: We do ship internationally to select countries. However, shipping restrictions may apply in certain regions. Please check your shipping address at checkout to ensure we can deliver to your location.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you can monitor the status of your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your BYTOPIS account.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, BYTOPIS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs procedures, or unforeseen events like weather disruptions. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and assist you in tracking your order.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. BYTOPIS is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered.


8. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@bytopis.xyz. We will do our best to accommodate any changes before your order is shipped. Once the order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.


9. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

  • Customs Fees: For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Customs Delays: International orders may be subject to delays due to customs inspections. BYTOPIS has no control over customs delays and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
