2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.

4. Exchanges

Currently, BYTOPIS does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
